1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. How do I know which racket weight to choose?
A lighter racket favors control, while a heavier racket adds power. Consult the technical sheet on each racket's page for exact weight and balance.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, as well as express payment options displayed at checkout.

4. Can I return or exchange a racket?
Yes — you have 14 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Restocking fees apply (CAD 20 for Canada, CAD 30 internationally). See our full refund policy for more details.

5. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) before shipping.

6. Do you offer express delivery?
Yes — express delivery is available for CAD 50, Canada only. The cost and timeframe for standard delivery are calculated at checkout.

7. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions.

8. How long does a refund take once approved?
Once your return is received and approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
